We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Barèges, this charming flat of a surface of 62 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 34 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A living room of 34 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside:
- A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Barèges, in a very pleasant and calm environment with hiking trails, notably the Plateau Lumière and the Plateau du Lienz. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
WINTER : alpine skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling...
Les Thermes de Barèges with SPA...
SUMMER : Hiking to the lakes, mountain biking on the slopes, paragliding...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park of the flat (1 city type vehicle).

- Shuttles to the slopes in winter.
- Nearest train station: Lourdes train station located at about 45 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Pau-Pyrénées airport located at about 1H29 by car.

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- A ski room is at your disposal.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Sheets + pillowcase: 35 € for the first bed and 25 € for the following ones. 1 large towel + 1 small towel and 1 tea towel: 8 € per person.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you. In case of non respect a deduction of the deposit will be made.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged.
- Please do not dry clothes on the radiators.
