Situado en el centro turístico de Ajo, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, bancos, farmacia, etc. A 1,5 km. de las famosas playas de Ajo (Cuberris y Antuerta) y muy cerca de Somo (11 km. ) donde se ofrecen traslados en barco a Santander de forma continuada . y las playas de Noja e Isla (10 km. ) .
Cuenta con 3 dormitorios con un total de capacidad de 6 personas y 2 baños completos con bañera.

Cuenta con 3 dormitorios con un total de capacidad de 6 personas y 2 baños completos con bañera. Amplio salón comedor con terraza soleada donde disfrutar de preciosos atardeceres y comidas o cenas respirando tranquilidad y aire puro .
La cocina está completamente equipada con lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, nevera combi, termo eléctrico de 100 litros, menaje, cafetera, plancha , batidora, etc. y tiene también acceso directo a la amplia terraza.
El apartamento se entrega con ropa de cama y toallas (y su recambio para estancias superiores semananes) , y dispone de tv . Se entrega un kit de bienvenida con paño de cocina, estropajo uñero, balleta, botecito de lavavajillas, bolsa de basura, jabón de manos y papel higiénico para los primeros usos.

La urbanización dispone de plazas de parking exteriores aunque no se garantiza plaza , nunca suele haber problema para aparcar. Además piscina comunitaria, zona infantil de columpios y ascensor.

Cumplió con todas las expectativas

El apartamento estupendo. Tal cual figura en las fotos. Estuvimos muy agusto. Disponía de todo lo necesario, pero algo más de vajilla y algún detalle más en la cocina, como copas, paños.... Hubiese estado perfecto. Las habitaciones amplias, el salón grande y acogedor, la cocina nueva.. Y pudiendo comer y.cenar en la terraza. En general un apartamento muy luminoso, agradable y muy recomendable. La piscina justo enfrente del portal y todos los servicios, como supermercado, panadería, frutería, charcutería, restaurantes a pie de calle. Todo un acierto.
