First, Great location and responsive host, nice unit with mostly newly upgraded baths and kitchen, water was hot, but significant maintenance issues. We had mixed feelings about our stay here. On the positive side, as mentioned the location was fantastic and made exploring the city very easy. Close to the train station, close to good bakeries and restaurants. Communication with the host was also good, as she was responsive and professional throughout our stay. However, the property itself had maintenance problems. There was an active water leak from the upstairs shower and a uncomfortable humidity and odor issue during our stay. Over the course of our visit, the dampness and air quality became somewhat unbearable. While we appreciate the host's good communication, the house needs professional repairs before it is ready to host guests comfortably. Just trying to be honest, so future guest aren't caught off guard. I'm sure the host will make the repairs in a timely manner.
