部屋の広さ・清潔さはよかった。キッチンも必要なものが揃っており，快適に使用できた。 しかし，スタッフとのコミュニケーションには問題があった。こちらからの質問やリクエストには反応・対応がない，あるいは非常に遅かった。設備としてリストされているものの中にもなかったものがあった（シャンプーなど）。特にフリーWiFiがあると書かれていたのになく，問い合わせたら，「残念ながら，そちらのアパートにはWiFiがありません。」と言われた。設備のリストにフリーWiFiと書いてあると抗議したところ，滞在3日目になって，やっとWiFiルータを持って来てくれた。それまでには，滞在者は自分たちでスマホのデータパックなどを購入していたが，その分の弁償は出来ないと言われた。 アパート自体に問題はなかったが，数日のWiFiなしの不便さやスタッフの対応に時間を取られたことなど，ストレスの多い滞在となった。
