A nightmare!

I don’t know where to start, it was a disaster! 1. Incorrect information about the apartment: There is NO Parking/Garage belonging to the accommodation as stated in the description. It is more than 5 stairs to the entrance, somewhere in a dirty backyard which is a construction site! 2. Conversation in English with Vincenzo (host) is very very difficult! 3. We didn’t get any information how to check in until we were standing in front of the door. No code for the key box a few hours before! 4. THE WORST: flush of toilet was not working!!! 5. No warm water! 6. Cigarette leftovers, Coke leftovers in the dirty fridge 7. Cockroach in bedroom! We reached out to the customer support (I mean, we couldn’t even use the toilet…), they contacted Vincenzo (host) and he promised to send a technician the next morning. No one was showing up until midday so we canceled our stay and went to a hotel on additional expenses :( We hope there is a full refund since everything was a nightmare! DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION!
