Shops are nearby, fine sandy beach opposite the Channel islands with magnificent sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, nice decoration, lawn of 400m2 with big terrace that enables you to have breakfast under the sun or in the shade, depending on your choice, private parking. Quiet location, wild for those who like the sea, relaxation, nature, great hiking paths, especially the "Chemin des Douaniers" on the Cap de Carteret. At low tide, you have the possibility to go fishing (oysters, mussels, shrimp, and lobsters). This house enables you to spend nice holidays with family or friends, to taste excellent seafood and to recharge your batteries.
