Just what we was look for .....

This property is right on the beach in a nice part of Normandy with lots of nice restaurants etc in Carteret which is a short distance away we had agreat time ..... wish we had booked for longer

d'apparence correcte, une fois plus ou moins installé, découvertes; bouchon de lavabo hyper sale et pas hermétique, étalage d'éponges plus ou moins propres de sachant pas à quoi elles ont servies, porte bouteilles et porte savons dans la douche rouillés, lit étroit pris entre 2 placards pas très agréables et installation style camping avec ces 2 chaises de jardins inconfortables. pour la modique somme de 912.90euros. Nous sommes client Abritel depuis plusieurs années jamais autant de désagrément

Bel endroit, la dame qui remet les cles est adorable. Avons apprécié le geste du propriétaire suite à un petit incident.Appart propre, fonctionnel, très calme, juste un petit bémol, pas vue sur la mer comme indiqué sur l annonce , besoin de se pencher pour en voir un petit bout par la fenetre !!!!Sinon parfait

A 2 pas de la plage, le logement est idéal pour profiter de la mer et des longues promenades sur le sable. Logement conforme à la description.Contact très facile pour récupérer les clés et place de parking disponible dans la résidence.Localisation idéale pour déplacements en vélo ou voiture.

Petit coin de paradis

Nous étions partis à la découverte du Cotentin et en avons été émerveillés ! La nature à l'état pur, la mer, les plages immenses de sable fin, les dunes à perte de vue, toute la côte, majestueuse, à visiter, le sentier des douaniers, les circuits de randonnée pour ceux, comme nous qui aiment marcher, et ces lieux chargés d'histoire, impressionnants ! Et les fameux biscuits de la Maison du biscuit à Sortosville, la caverne d'Ali Baba pour les gourmands en tout genre qui mérite le détour ! Bref, on a adoré ce séjour en Cotentin dans ce logement à 2 pas de la plage mais, grande frustration, n'avait pas de vue directe sur cette mer qui nous tendait les bras...

La location derrière le château est très bien située tout près de la plage. Seul problème les photos de l'appartement (l'intérieur) ne correspondent pas à l'appartement. L'équipement est trop chargé et mal adapté. Le frigo pourrait être changé pour avoir au moins un freezer pour avoir des glaçons.

A quelques mètres de la plage, un vrai bonheur.

Un petit bémol pour la vue sur mer depuis la terrasse, qui effectivement existe, mais contrairement à ce que la photo montre, le logement n'est pas en façade. Donc un peu déçue. Il s'agissait d'une erreur d'interprétation de ma part.

Déception

Pour commencer , la propreté laisse à désirer (pas deproduit mis à disposition non plus pour faire le ménage) le papier peint se décolle dans la chambre , mobilier sale, vétuste et parfois présentant des traces de rouille, cuisine très mal conçue (impossible de faire sécher la vaisselle que vous devez laver à la main) Pas de commerce (boulangerie, épicerie) à proximité (2km, voiture tous les jours!) contrairement à ce que l'annonce disait. Lit très inconfortable (commentaire déjà fait en 2019!!!!!!) Pas d'accès à internet du tout ni même au téléphone, impossible de passer le moindre appel depuis la résidence et encore moins d'envoyer un sms ou un mail! Par contre endroit très (trop?) calme, avec la plage à proximité immédiate. Je conseille donc d'éviter le secteur barneville plage, et en particulier cet appartement, et de lui préférer carteret avec une ambiance chaleureuse , des restaurants et une très belle plage abritée du vent qui est omniprésent à Barneville par contre...

Des vacances réussies dans un cadre très plaisant et bien décoré.

Valérie et Franck, les propriétaires de l'appartement étaient présents à notre arrivée. Des personnes adorables qui nous ont recommandé des lieux insolites à visiter, des petits restos, des bistrots face à la mer, l'adresse d'une très belle boucherie. Un régal, à revivre sans modération !
