This is a gorgeous, newly renovated home with a ton of great amenities! Everything in this house was renovated in 2022, including the floors, HVAC, kitchen, bathroom, patio, new fire pit, all appliances, and all new furniture! The house is great for anyone that wants to be close to the beach, golf course, or wineries. Located just a short 10 minute drive to Weko Beach, 5 minutes from Pebblewood golf course, and right in the middle of a TON of wineries. At the house you can sit out and relax on the patio for a nice dinner, soak it up in the hot tub, or relax by a nice fire.

Inside the home you will be greeted with new furniture, beds, appliances and much more. The living room is equipped with a brand new 65 inch smart tv and the 2 main bedrooms have new smart tvs as well so you can fall asleep to your favorite movie or series.
