O proprietário e a funcionária são muitos atenciosos. O apartamento tinha tudo que necessitávamos - utensílios de cozinha, toalhas, lençóis, ferro, etc. Completo. O barra bali é maravilhoso, à beira mar. Tem serviço de bar na praia/piscina e disponibiliza sobreiro e cadeiras. Adoramos.

O Barra-Bali tem realmente um padrão de 5 estrelas. Sem contar que a gente sai do condomínio com o pé na areia de uma praia que é o máximo, praticamente deserta, reservada só para a gente. Apartamento não estava limpo

Ficamos hospedados neste apartamento do dia 29 de julho ao dia 05 de agosto. Antes de fecharmos a reserva confirmei com o proprietário se encontraríamos o apartamento limpo, em boas condições de uso, pois tenho filhos alérgicos e um bebê. O mesmo me garantiu que sim. Infelizmente não foi isto que encontramos. O chão estava bem sujo, muito pó, teias de aranha, etc. Tenho tudo registrado em fotografias. O sofá estava nojento. Tinha umas sujeiras grudadas. Alguns utensílios também estavam sujos. Escorredor de pratos um horror, etc. Tive que dar uma boa limpada em tudo para termos condições de passar a semana. Pois, já havíamos efetuado todo pagamento. O condomínio tem sim uma boa estrutura, mas pelo que estava escrito em placas espalhadas somente os moradores poderiam usar algumas coisas, como brinquedo teca, por exemplo. Isto não fez diferença para nós, porque quase não ficamos no apartamento. Ele não fica de frente para o mar. Fica na lateral, mais distante da praia do que da rua. Devido aos coqueiros quase não dá para ver o mar. Tem ar condicionado nos quartos e se vc quiser que a sala é cozinha não fiquem parecendo uma sauna, precisa deixá-los ligados o tempo todo e numa temperatura baixa. Como temos crianças, inclusive um bebê, não podiamos fazer isto. Então, ficava muito quente. Não possui nem um circulador de ar. Não dava para abrir as janelas por causa dos mosquitos e também não há circulação de ar.
