What a great find ! Perfect place to relax and unwind , really can’t find any problems with this hotel , perfect location right on the beach and in town , and there free breakfast is excellent, no need to eat out the restaurant bar has great food and a reasonable price , also the Staff is great . 5 star resorts, Bob and Edi Brady Usa

Ficamos hospedados no Village Barra em família e tivemos uma experiência excelente. A localização é maravilhosa, com uma praia linda bem em frente ao hotel, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais prática e especial. Ontem nosso quarto só foi limpo as 16:00 após solicitar duas vezes, faltou no segundo dia papel higiênico, as toalhas estavam ásperas . Maior parte dos funcionários atendem bem porém na entrada chegamos 13:00 e não foi disponibilizado local para as malas e nem o quarto que já estava limpo . Café da manhã faltando vários itens para repor demoravam, achei dessa vez que os pratos aumentaram muito valor porem não otimizaram a qualidade dos mesmos. Achei que deram uma aumentada grande nos valores dos alimentos, nossa família vai sempre e percebi nitidamente na hora de pagar a conta comparando com a anterior que não foi há tanto tempo atrás e sim meses. Os estofados da área externa estão morfados e os quartos frente piscina sofrem com o som alto e da zoada da piscina até tarde tb. Tivemos que reclamar. Sugiro ter um gerente presente no estabelecimento pra manter a qualidade de atendimento e prestação dos serviços. Adoro me hospedar no hotel mas tem caído algumas coisas pertinentes! Deviam fazer coberturas para passagem dos quartos para recepção hoje todos hóspedes se molhavam por causa da falta . As garagens ficam bastante abertas sem muita segurança tb .

A praia é fantástica! O hotel considerando a acomodação a qual reservamos é muito boa! De frente para o mar! Vista maravilhosa! Acomodações relativamente limpas! Preço justo para as acomodações bem como para os pratos e bebidas! Não conheço outros hotéis ou pousa das em Barra de São Miguel! Mas se alguém me pergunta-se onde se acomodar eu indicaria o Village! Não deixem de ter uma experiência gastronômica na cachaçaria da cidade! Requintada com produção própria e preços justos!

A estadia no Village Barra Hotel foi, no geral, agradável, com boa estrutura e localização. No entanto, alguns pontos podem melhorar para proporcionar uma experiência mais completa aos hóspedes. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, com poucas opções e pouca variedade, especialmente considerando o padrão esperado do hotel. Além disso, o atendimento na área de lazer e na areia poderia ser mais atento, é necessário ir atrás do garçom para conseguir ser atendido, o que acaba sendo desconfortável. Já na praia, praticamente não há acompanhamento da equipe, dificultando qualquer solicitação, pois os funcionários não passam para verificar se os hóspedes precisam de algo. Com alguns ajustes no atendimento e melhorias no café da manhã, a experiência certamente seria muito mais satisfatória.

Localização magnífica, lugar calmo, ambiente agradável, no café da manhã em um dos dias o pão estava velho, parecia ser do dia anterior, café da manhã bom, poderia ser melhor pelo valor pago. Quarto muito bem conservado, tudo parecendo novo e bem cuidado, limpeza excelente e cama muito confortável. Estrutura de praia todos os dias atendendo muito bem aos hóspedes.

O hotel continua muito bom, tanto os serviços como a acomodação. Muito negativo apenas a presença de muitos gatos e câes do próprio hotel, que ocupam bar, aréa de lazer, area reservada na praia, incluisve com fezes na área de lazer, causando mau cheiro e hospedes, principalmente crianças, pisam nas fezes que grudadas nos calçados terminam lsendo levadas para dentro dos quartos. A direção do hotel precisa urgentemente adotar providências para acabar com essa situação desagradável situação.

O hotel ê ótimo!! Dos funcionários à acomodação. Muito bem localizado. A praia em frente é praticamente um piscina. Voltaremos mais vezes! O único ponto negativo foi o cheiro muito forte de cloro nas roupas de cama e toalhas. Apesar de saber q é necessário, acredito q devem ter maneiras de amenizar, uma vez q tem pessoas q são alérgicas.

O Village Barra é muito bem localizado. As instalações do hotel são muito boas, os quartos são amplos e os banheiros também. A vista do mar, dos quartos de luxo, é excepcional. A recepção funciona muito bem. Os funcionários são gentis e prestativos. Os atendentes do restaurante, da piscina e da praia são todos muito simpáticos, quando aparecem. É muito difícil encontrar um. E são muitos. Mas, vivem em bandos, sempre em lugares onde não se pode vê-los facilmente, em conversas animadas. Se o hóspede vai ao bar de piscina, eles estão no balcão. Se vai ao restaurante, eles estão na cozinha. Mas, quase nunca estão circulando. Faço exceção para o Cauã Moreira, garçom muito atencioso, educado e presente. O Village Barra é um ótimo hotel, que frequento sempre que posso. Para o transfer de e para o aeroporto, bem como para passeios, peça indicação na recepção do hotel. Eles me indicaram a cooperativa de táxis da Barra de São Miguel, que atende com presteza e segurança
