Minha estadia foi a trabalho Não fornecem nota fiscal. O restaurante não funciona a noite e não tem nenhuma opção próxima. O café da manhã oferecido é de boa qualidade. O quarto é simples mas com bom ar condicionado. Não recomendo para quem viaja a trabalho.

Bela vista para a natureza.

Hotel grande com linda piscina e belo jardim, ao lado do rio. Se você der sorte, poderá ver alguns animais. Bom café da manhã. O atendimento da recepção, em especial no check in, deixou um pouco a desejar. Restaurante na piscina só funciona após as 17h. Não é fantástico, mas, no geral, vale bastante a pena, para a região.

Muito bom.

O hotel, apesar de ter uma estrutura excelente, bem localizado, com uma área verde espetacular, está precisando de uma revitalização. O apartamento que fiquei, apesar de ter sido o superluxo, estava com uma aparência um pouco decadente. Gostei do café da manhã, do espaço interno do apartamento, das roupas de cama e banho, enfim, em Barra do Garças acho que é o melhor.

Péssimo "hotel" pelo valor deveria ser 10x melhor, quarto todo sujo, cheio de poeira, as paredes cheias de respingo de água suja de "limpeza" tv inútil, ar condicionado acho q nunca foi feita limpeza, e não tem direcionamento de ventilação. Café meia boca. Por 130 reais a menos vale o serra azul

Hotel muito bom. Apesar da estrutura ser um pouco antiga, mantém a conservação. Local bem bonito em contato próximo a natureza. Só senti falta da melhor exposição da escada como segunda opção ao elevador. No mais, cafe da manhã muito bom. Itens do frigobar caros, principalmente cerveja.

Em matéria de conforto o hotel é muito ruim. A suíte super luxo, nem luxo e. Cama bem ruim, roupas de cama idem. Cama pequena de casal, inacreditável. Os móveis do quarto são velhos, o ar condicionado bem ruim tbm, não funciona direito. Não vale nunca o preço que é cobrado. Não tem atendimento de garçons na piscina, e o restaurante e bar só funcionam a noite, ou seja, não tem como beber ou comer nada durante o dia na piscina. O único ponto positivo é o Jardim que é lindo e o atendimento dos funcionários que sao gentis.

Hotel é bom, café da manhã é bom, mas precisa de uma reforma geral. Os quartos tem pouca iluminação, com lâmpadas de LED muito fracas. Gostei do hotel, porque fica próximo ao rio Araguaia (desfrutar da natureza e animais) e próximos lanchonetes/restaurantes (ir caminhando).

Foi razoável. Tivemos um probleminha, no quarto, relacionada à insetos. Os copos utilizados, no quarto, não são recolhidos para uma lavagem adequada, e sim enxaguados na pia do banheiro. Achamos que os cuidados (protocolo) relacionados ao covid estavam um pouco relaxados, principalmente, no local do café da manhã, as pessoas que entram no local não são orientadas sobre a utilização de máscara e luvas ao se servir do buffet. Os empregados ficam recolhidos na cozinha, pra atender um pedido a pessoa tem que se dirigir a porta da cozinha e praticamente quase gritar pra ser ouvida, por conta do rádio ligado. As mesas, após utilizadas, nao são higienizadas de acordo, so recolhem os vasilhames e passam um paninho.No restaurante do hotel, alguns empregados ficam com a máscara abaixada ao atender os clientes. Queremos ressaltar aqui,que Barra do Garças estava em alerta vermelho. E por último, a TV tinha imagem com qualidade ruim e Internet sinal fraco. Pontos positivos: recepção, localização e local muito agradável, cuidado com a fauna e local silencioso.
