Most the staff was pretty friendly. I believe we had bedbugs. My husband and I were bitten all over our bodies. We did tell staff and not much was done about it. The housekeeper was super friendly! She did come in and spray, but the sheets and comforter were not changed so we continue getting bitten. Also, there’s a club a block away and you could hear the music late at night. We were there for seven nights eight days in breakfast got old really quickly. They need to change it up. It was the same stuff over and over and over. By day six, we could not eat the hotel breakfast any longer.
Our washer kept tipping over we called maintenance and he ended up breaking the marble and it still kept tipping over
The view was beautiful, but the windows were dirty from the outside

I has been before and never this happened the assistant in the receipts very very no words to say I paid for my breakfast and they didn’t want to give me and I gave them printing my booking were I proof that I paid I try to contact Expedia and was no able to comunícate never received response loosing my money. Stayed at this hotel for a week. It was nice, clean, staff is nice as well. I was concerned about the past guest reviews - people were saying that during their stays they’d hear very loud music and weren’t able to rest. We didn’t have that problem, however on Friday night we could hear some music, was able to fall asleep, rather than that there was no noise at all.

We had multiple rooms and issues with the a/c in rooms, the tv, plumbing and an ant infestation. The breakfast was good. The location is also good. The waiter at the pool area was excellent. The waiters for dinner not so much. Will probably not choose this property again. I am a frequent traveler to this city and there are better options in the area for less and with better customer service.
