From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of our room and the overall ambiance of the hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. 👍 The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of options. However, I would like to bring to concern we encountered during our visit. We had requested room service to bring ice to our room, but unfortunately, it never arrived. While we understand that oversights can happen, it was a bit disappointing, especially since the staff had come to our room shortly before to secure our signature for a consumption at the bar.
