A Good night sleep!!

Loved the lady at front desk spoke English. I stayed for one night , bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working great. Is an old property, needs remodeling, especially the wood trim and ceilings. The English theme is nice hence the name.

Hotel Windsor BAQ.

I originally ordered a Queen room but when I saw it - I preferred a King room because the Queen rm was to small and cramped for me. I was moved to a King room immediately and much more pleased with the space. I found the hotel safe, clean as best they could and adequate for what I needed. Beds in 3 star hotels are hard though but I was able to sleep. Very good hotel for the money they charged. Free breakfast and parking always helps.

El lugar tiene vibras maravillosas, su staff es atento y amable, además de ser impecable. Lo único a notar es que el lugar tiene su tiempo y algunas de sus amenidades lo refleja, pero nada que pueda perturbar o interrumpir la experiencia. Volvería sin dudar :)

Well from the first day I arrived the room was a horrible experience, the curtains in the room were falling down, the bathroom had mold all around the tub and shower, but the worst thing was that the mattresses had fleas. But that was not the end of it, they changed my room anyway, nothing worked, everything was old because the a/c was damaged. During the carnivals they damaged it because I had to take antibiotics for 3 days to get rid of the hives and the worst thing yet, they did not want to recognize the reimbursement by the Gastons for my treatment of the infection which was due to negligence and their failures in the room with the mattress.
