Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. Limpeza e conforto do quarto foram excelentes. Muito bom o café da manhã. Mas o q fez a diferença foram os funcionários. Léo na recepção foi fantástico. Sil, no bar também foi fantástica. Todos sempre com um sorriso no rosto dispostos sempre a nos agradar. Ótima pousada. Recomendo muito!

Falta atenção aos detalhes

Estrutura bonita não basta para ser “luxo”. A experiência do hóspede fica comprometida por falhas básicas: restaurante que não abre no horário, café da manhã com espera de 30-40 minutos para tapioca ou ovo (mesmo com o salão vazio), corte de grama no horário do almoço, chuveiro pingando a noite inteira, demora em responder ao WhatsApp (não tem telefone no quarto). Pelo valor e proposta, esperava muito mais atenção aos detalhes.

Logística com problemas / bom hotel

O hotel é ótimo e o restaurante dentro do hotel também é muito bom. Mas tivemos um problema logo no check-in quando o transfer que foi combinado para nos buscar no porto não apareceu e ficamos esperando no sol por mais de 30 minutos até termos que contratar um outro motorista que apareceu e ao chegar no hotel já depois das 14h ainda tivemos que esperar mais 1h para liberação do check-in, mesmo a diária começando as 14h. O quarto que ficamos era muito bom e confortável e o restante da estadia passou sem incidentes, mas infelizmente esse primeiro momento foi bem ruim logo na chegada.

A pousada é excelente para crianças, tem recreação maravilhosa com o Tio Bambolê, quadra de beach tenis, parquinho. Eles estão sempre mimando os hóspedes desde a chegada com welcome drinks, café com bolo delicioso à tarde, café da manhã mto bom com pães caseiros. Como saímos antes do café, na noite anterior prepararam um lancha com sanduiches, suco natural e frutas. Tudo um capricho! A estrutura externa e restaurante tudo muito bom. Pontos a melhorar: conforto do quarto, roupas de cama. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa em família!

Pedacinho do paraíso na terra

Experiência fantástica. Pousada bem próxima aos lençóis. Atendimento fantástico desde a recepção. Quarto bem amplo e arejado, com ar condicionado . O café da manhã é servido na mesa. Bastante frutas e opções de pães e bolos. Na parte da tarde oferecem bolo com café para os hóspedes. Também a noite sempre tinha algum mimo no quarto. Restaurante muito bom também . Domingo à noite e dia de pizza . Muito boa a pizza com massa artesanal e um molho maravilhoso. Imperdível . Tem um espaço de jogos - tênis de mesa , sinuca e quadra de areia . Possuem raquetes de beach tennis e bola . Aproveitamos muito . Dentro da pousada tem a agência para passeios Gaivotas. Tem também um Transfer para deslocamentos para os restaurantes , praia etc . Atins as ruas são todas de areiao. Também possuem o Transfer pago de lancha até Barreirinhas que pode ser contratado diretamente com a agência Funcionou tudo muito bem . Dentro da média. Alguns pontos bons, outros ruins. A recepção foi ríspida, falando que multaria por isso e aquilo, que pode faltar água, que pode ter bichos no banheiro.... a piscina da parte antiga tinha água meio esbranquiçada. O conforto e limpeza do quarto estava acima da média. O café da manhã é simples e servido na mesa com poucas opções. O hotel fica afastado do centro, menos de 1 km, mas disponibiliza transfer gratuito. Importante, pois embora Atins seja pequeno, as ruas são de areia e sem iluminação.
