Clean and Friendly cut couldn't sleep

Service was great and hotel was very clean but: 1. As soon as we entered the room, we found a SILVERFISH running along the baseboard. 2. Refrigerator in the room is not inside a cabinet so when it turns on several times during the night, it is extremely loud and kept waking us up. 3. Fire alarm mounted on ceiling flashes every 10s and it makes it very hard to sleep with. No other hotel we have stayed at uses a constantly flashing smoke alarm that would obviously annoy anyone trying to sleep.

Très bon hôtel a Collingwood. Le réceptionniste mérite d'être mis en avant par son service exceptionnel. L'hotel est propre, calme et confortable avec une piscine et gym. Un super séjour !
