Park your boat at the dock and enjoy the sunsets , in the absolute water front property on the shores of lake Tinaroo.  This spacious 5  bedroom 4 bathroom holiday home is the perfect location for your next get away with family or friends.  There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with dual ovens, Smeg espresso machine, 2 wine fridges and a butlers pantry .   There is a large open plan living area with fireplace, which opens up via huge sliding doors onto an expansive covered patio - with 2 barbecues and large dining table for 14 or more people to sit around , and motorized screens for shade and comfort.  There is a separate media room, an extensive book exchange library , and a games room with large  TV ,  extra lounge space , a dart board and a  pool table .  The kids will be further  entertained  with paddle board and kayak, outdoor games and a basketball hoop   There are 3 generous main rooms with ensuites and their own 55 inch TV screens , with a large bath in the master as well. The bunk rooms sleep 8 .  The house has ducted air-conditioning in the Media room and all 5 bedrooms.  There is a boat ramp directly out the front of the home, and the private jetty enables for easy launching and parking of your boats or jet-skis, and thee is deep water access from here year round.
