Relax in this cozy, updated hotel-style space at Attitash Mountain Village Resort. The unit includes a small refrigerator, microwave, and drip coffee maker for your convenience.

It’s a quick 10-minute walk to Attitash Mountain, and guests enjoy full access to all resort amenities—swimming, playing, or just unwinding. With so much to do on-site and nearby, there’s something for everyone.

Guests are welcome to use the resort amenities, which includes an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, ping ping table, tennis courts and game room. Hours of operation are 9am-10pm. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are open during the summer months with the jacuzzi open year-round with limited hours.

Coin operated washer & dryer in Hospitality Building open 7am-9pm.

Winter outdoor activities include an ice skating rink (bring your own skates or rent locally), outdoor play structure and lots of hiking trails along the Saco River Trail.

Matty B`s is a family-friendly restaurant that offers sit down dining and take out service. They are located in the Hospitality Building. Hours vary.

The North Conway Scenic Railroad line (Bartlett stop) is on the resort, behind the Hospitality Building.

The Saco River Hiking trail is a 3 mile gentle trail on the resort.

There are BBQ grills throughout the resort for guests, first come.

Please limit two cars in the open parking area. There are two level 2 electric car chargers (first come). The amenities in the resort are walking distance.

This rental may not be suitable for infants or young toddlers as it’s not equipped with safety gates. There is a pack and play and kids` dish ware.

No parties, no smoking/vaping and no pets allowed on the resort

The resort observes quiet hours between 10pm through 8am.

30 minutes drive to Wildcat, Bretton Woods and Cranmore Ski Resorts.

Guest check in at the Hospitality Building. They will issue you key cards and a map of the resort. If you have snow equipment, ask for a ski locker. Please, no snow equipment inside the unit.

**CANCELLATIONS made within the free cancellation period will be subject to a 4% credit card transaction fee**
Quiet hours observed between 10pm - 8am. Please keep noise down to a minimum.

Please store your snow equipment in the ski locker. Do not bring skis or snowboards inside the unit or leave in the common areas.

No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the unit - cleaning crew will charge a minmum of $200 for additional interior cleaning.

Upon checkout:
- Please take the trash out to the dumpster.
- Please turn off all electronics (AC, heater, TV and lights).
- Leave the card key on the night stand and return the ski locker key to the front desk.

Note: This is our second home, please treat it with care. We understand accidents happen, we expect to hear about them from you.

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Bartlett apartment is smoke free.
