Enjoy this family home in one of the best locations in Mt. Washington Valley. Walking distance to the Saco River, 2 miles from Attitash directly off Kancamagus. Centered around great hiking and cross-country ski trails. The kitchen seats 12 comfortably and is the mainstay of the house. Breakfast on the Griddle is great for in-home cooking. Forget lines and costly dining. Handicap shower, wide passage. The backyard offers a great fire pit, rear deck, and front porch.

This is the only home in Mt. Washington that offers complete Handicap Accessibility. Ramp - Bathroom - First Floor Bedroom. All doors 36" wide.
