Arrivée sans personnel, personne a la reception, pas reçu de conditions d'arrivée, pas de mail d'explications pour la récupération de la clef. Je suis restée sur le trottoir sans possibilité de contact, le numéro ne repondant pas. Quand enfin quelqu'un m'a repondu, celle-ci ne parlait pas français, heureusement que deux dames qui résidaient a l'hôtel m'on aidée. Je precise que je suis arrivée a 20h.
