Great room thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only bad thing was the food at lunchtime. Wanted to eat before going to Bombay sapphire and the food was both cold and unfortunately tasteless. We were one of the first at lunchtime so not sure how it could have been so cold. It did stop us eating there in the evening. Loved the room and atmosphere.

The best thing about this property was the staff, all were great, but one Zara was exceptional. Zara made our stay and others in my extended families stay notable. She took care of us from check-in to check-out, especially my grandnieces with special treats. Listen up Village Hotel Management, you have a gem in Zara and her customer service skills and empathy for guests should be taught to all staff. On this trip I stayed in six hotels from London to Paris to Amsterdam, but I can say that the Village Hotel stay was the second to none because of Zara.

I took my 13yr old granddaughter away for 2nights ,the hotel was amazing very modern just what a teenager wonts ,we had a brilliant time the pool , jacuzzi& stream room where brilliant lovely and clean and very friendly couldn’t do enough for you. What’s her name?we give a big shout out to Zara who was on reception what a lovely kind & friendly lady she even gave us a free drink to take away with us overall it was outstanding

We have stayed here twice and loved it both times. Lovely modern, clean rooms. Great facilities. Very spacious, well equipped gym. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The room was spacious liked the bathroom there was the usual banging of the doors and could hear the gym on the floor below but no noisy guests. My only complaint was that all the ev charging points were not operating which was very inconvenient

The room 406. Frost bathroom door please. Shower needs non slip surface plus a grab handle. A door on the shower, water everywhere. Loved the magnifying mirror over wash hand basin. All staff polite, helpful and patient.
