On approx. 70 m², the apartment offers two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a large living area with a cosy corner sofa, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The small, well-equipped kitchen area has a refrigerator, additional refrigerator, freezer, 2-plate hob, kettle, filter coffee machine, and toaster – ideal for self-caterers.



Two covered terraces are available to you: The 25 m² south terrace offers a sea view and is perfect for shared meals or relaxed sunbathing hours, while the 15 m² north terrace borders the garden. Both terraces are equipped with a table and chairs.



The holiday home is located in an idyllic residential area without through traffic, surrounded by greenery and with a magnificent view over the bay of Baska. You can reach the city centre after a walk of about 10 minutes along the promenade, passing restaurants, cafés, souvenir shops and historical sights. Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.



Ideal for families, couples, or small groups who want to enjoy a relaxed beach holiday with comfort and proximity to all attractions of Baska. Air conditioning, WiFi, bed linen, and towels are included, the communal washing machine can be used free of charge. Pets are not permitted.
