House has an open plan, dining, kitchen, living with Ruku TV. One bedroom and bath on the main level. Two bedrooms, and a bath on the upper level. One of the bedrooms on the upper level is really grand with a sofa and two log bunk beds! The rooms come with their own Mini-Split heat and air system. There is also a spacious deck out back for BBq's and entertainment. This property is near Falls Beach and Bass Lake's day use areas. This home is about a 25 minute drive hwy 41 north to the entrance of Yosemite National Park and about a 25 minute drive hwy 41 south to Chuckchansi Gold Resort Casino.

Everything was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The air conditioner was perfect which was in each room. Nobody got too cold. Nobody got too hot. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed so we could cook meals. The location was the best. We've stayed at Bass lake for 8 years and this has been the best home so far. We are going to be planning on staying here next year.

Bass Lake Wedding GetAway

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was easy to communicate with. House inside was very clean, dining room table was set up for what looked like a Sunday Dinner, the air conditioning was excellent, and very large rooms with a lot of space for relaxing.Beds were comfortable, bedding and sheets were of great quality. The kitchen was large and provided everything we needed.Only negative thing was the very steep driveway, hard to park on or turn around with multiple cars. The outside of the house lacks curb appeal, but overall it didn't take away from our stay. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a comfortable stay and wanting to be close to the Lake.Thank you!
