Enjoy our breathtaking view of the sparkling lake from every window and the two outside decks. The main home has a luxurious master king suite and immense walk in, multi jet shower. The library can morph into a dining room, office space, or a bedroom for a single adult or two children with a full size futon sofa. The stylish living room is comfortably furnished to set the tone for family connecting. And on to the fully equipped luxurious gourmet kitchen with green granite counters.

Wander into the game room to discover games galore including a ping pong table, foosball, and another flat screen television with comfortable seating. Guests are welcome to set up the two provided twin size air mattresses to utilize this space as additional sleeping arrangements as well.

Experience the magic space up stairs with the panoramic lake view by traveling up an uncovered stairwell. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbecue, round bar dining counter for six, open to the adjoining outdoor dining table for eight, a lounge deck, and a fire pit. Doors lead to the Lake View & Garden View guest bedrooms and Jack & Jill bathroom. *Please note these two mentioned bedrooms can only be accessed from the exterior of the home. What sold us on this beautiful property was how we could just jump off our neighboring dock into a warm swimmable lake. On other days you can take a short 20 minute ride to Yosemite to explore. A favorite family activity, once in the park, is to rent a bike and ride it to lunch at the Ahwahnee Lodge.

The region is filled with activities all year round from wine tasting, arts & craft fairs, boating, skiing and the fishing derby, to name just a few.

For local dining, we recommend heading over to The Pines where they offer a few options: Ducey's on the Lake, Ducey's Bar & Grill and The Pines Bar. The Marina Bar & Grill is also a great lakeside option. If you're in the mood for Mexican food, check out Casa Velasco located just outside of The Pines Village.

Other important details to note:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. This property is directly across from beautiful Bass Lake, and guests will have access to a boat slip when the refundable deposit is paid.
(Please request access to the boat slip at least 24 hours prior to arrival.)

No garage parking. Outdoor parking on the spacious two way driveway. There is an exterior charging station near the garage for those traveling with electric or hybrid vehicles.

*Please note that the fireplace in our listing is for decorative purposes only and cannot be used during your stay for safety reasons. We hope you appreciate its aesthetic appeal and have a wonderful time in our home. Thank you for your understanding!

*Please note that each of our properties has regular pest service, landscaping service, and pool/hot tub service (if applicable) on a weekly/monthly basis so you may see our vendors on-site during your stay for these exterior services.

YOSEMITE RESERVATIONS:
Depending on travel dates, reservations with recreation . gov may be required to enter the national parks. Any guests planning to visit the national parks during their travels are advised to visit nps . gov for the most accurate updates and requirements regarding traveling to the national parks. This includes reservation requirements, permit requirements, vehicle requirements, and road closures or traffic patterns.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
