Surrounded with 50 acres of private nature. 3 acres of garden, including pool, 20 olivetrees, citruses and 4 furnished terraces. The villas 2 upper levels provides kitchen, livingroom (with fireplace), hallway, 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The ground floor consists of 1 bedroom, kitchen (with fireplace), livingroom and 1 full bathroom. Outside you have a breathtaking sceenery from the 4 terraces (1 is covered and 1 has a giant fireplace). The property is well equipped for your comfort and with an excellent wifi connection. Upon arrival the electric gates open and a cypress driveway welcomes you into this haven of tranquility. Short distance to nearby villages gives you easy access to shops, restaurants, sightseeing and lakes (30 min to Bolsena lake). 3 km to village, trainstation 10 min, car rental, 10 min, 70 km to Rome, 60 km to the sea.
