- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owner has decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- There is a small terrace at the entrance.
The house is ideally located in Basse-Terre, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in a public car park about 3 minutes away.
