Excellent rooms, clean and modern. Plenty of American plugs and usb charging. Beach was pretty but too much seaweed and waves to go in. Pool was great though. We only stayed 2 nights and that was just enough. Restaurant had excellent food but service was hit or miss. Some were great some were horriffically slow and not good at clearing table or even menus just overall half the servers we had did not seem like they cared or wanted to be there and just mopped around. I would stay again for a night if needed but had a much better experience and time on Nevis at our hotel there.

Staff and service were on point, I had no issue with cleanliness, my room was well kept. Location was convenient and 10 minutes away from the main night spots, 6 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from town and the cruise port.

Nice property but a bit dated. Some of the things that you'd expect at any decent Hinton- ice machine, complimentary water in the room- are lacking. The room does not have a frigider, only an ex-mini bar masquerading as one, but it doesn't cool at all. The hotel seems to have rooms unavailable/under renovation (on the 5th floor) but when we asked for an upgrade with balcony (it was out anniversary) we obtained it (we got better upgrades at other Hilton properties. The hotel has a lovely outside pool area but it wasn't accessible when we wanted to use it around 11 PM, because "security locked it and they won't be around soon to unlock it".

The room was nice. However, the refridgerator did not work. Even after being replaced. My food spoiled. If were to use some of the cupbaord space with a little bigger WORKING refridegerator and a hot plate, the rating would be excellent. Also, outer part of building need pajnt job and chair on patio needs replacing. My clothes were stained from chairs.
