This beautiful air conditioned villa is elegantly designed with stunning antiques furnishings complimented by modern appliances. The first floor is enclosed by ceiling-length glass sliding doors offering unobstructed stunning ocean view and light airy breezes. Accessible through all three glass French doors lays a welcoming living room for lounging in comfort that can be transformed into a social area with the 75” “The Fram” TV that displays modern art with a full Cable TV Package along with a wine fridge and portable bar. A beautiful book case inspired from the movie “The Chronicles of Narnia” offers an array of books for the avid reader. The living room opens up to a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Just past the main staircase resides a very cozy sitting area that offers solitude. For the mindful enthusiast a meditation and yoga room lies adjacent to the sitting room that can be utilized for practice or can be utilized as a bedroom which features a full-size bed, desk, ceiling fan, a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower adjacent to the bedroom.

Through the French doors is a spacious open courtyard overlooking the large infinity pool with an outdoor shower, outdoor eating area with stunning views of the sea and Nevis. The driveway provides ample parking for multiple vehicles and a basketball hoop if you ever want to shoot hoops or have a half-court-pick up game!

Our Villa Limani has AC in the bedrooms only, and all other rooms are open air.
