This magnificent 214 m² villa, full of charm and authenticity, is located in the heart of the prestigious Bassussary golf course. It boasts elegant, tasteful decor and a bright, functional layout, complemented by top-quality facilities, providing optimum comfort for a stay on the Basque Coast. You'll be just 15 minutes from Biarritz and its beaches, and 25 minutes from Spain.

This villa is ideal for family holidays and is equipped with everything you need for a successful stay: a plancha, a magnificent 10X5 M swimming pool, a Table football and a brazier. The kitchen is also fully equipped, allowing you to cook just like at home.

The 10 x 5 meter pool is operational from April to October. Heated to around 26°C during the high season (July and August), it is secured with an electric cover and provides the perfect setting for relaxation.

5 spacious, comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage space:
- The first bedroom has a 4 m² adjoining dressing room and a newly renovated shower room, as well as a king-size bed (180 x 200).
- Bedroom 2, upstairs, with views over the golf course, has a queen-size bed (160 x 200).
- Bedroom 3, upstairs, with views of the golf course, has a queen-size bed (160 x 200).
- Bedroom 4, upstairs, with 2 single beds.
- Bedroom 5, upstairs, a queen-size bed (160 x 200).


SERVICES

The rate includes household linen, including bedding and towels, as well as cleaning service to ensure that the beds are perfectly prepared upon your arrival. However, please note that cleaning the barbecue and washing and storing the dishes are not included.

Free wifi is available during your stay. We are available throughout your stay to provide recommendations or assist with reservations. Whether it's renting a surfboard, taking surf or skate lessons, or exploring local attractions, we work with the best providers in the region. If you have specific requests, such as booking a chef, we are also at your disposal to assist you.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €2800 will be requested as part of the rental. This is done through a secure online payment link managed by Swikly and is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the accommodation. The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect the usage limits of your credit card. Within 7 days following your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled. We also add an additional deposit of €500 in case of pets, for any damage to the property or additional cleaning.

INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule the arrival time. Check-ins are normally between 5 PM and 8 PM, and check-outs between 8 AM and 10 AM. It is possible to arrive later or leave later upon request; however, an additional fee applies:

From 8 PM to 10 PM: €50
From 10 PM to midnight: €80
From midnight to 6 AM: €120
From 6 AM to 8 AM: €50

Located in the Bassussary district, you are on the outskirts of Bayonne. You'll also be right next to the famous Makila Golf Club Bayonne Bassussarry, a renowned 18-hole golf course.
