Just a couple of kilometers away is the charming village of Torekov, offering cafés, restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, and a grocery store – and Båstad is only about 15 minutes away by car.

Here, you’ll be close to everything that makes the Bjäre Peninsula so popular: fantastic hiking trails, scenic cycling routes, charming farm shops, markets, and several high-quality golf courses. At the same time, you’ll enjoy the convenience of a pool, tennis court, and a beautiful orangery for larger dinners – all within the residential area.

The house is bright and airy with an open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room. There’s a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sofa group with Apple TV, and access to a private patio and garden that enjoys sunshine throughout the day.

On the ground floor, there is a fully tiled bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, underfloor heating, and a heated towel rack. Upstairs, you’ll find another bathroom with shower and two bedrooms – one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with two single beds. There is also a desk and chair in case you need to get some work done during your stay.
