In this green and peaceful residential area, you'll enjoy absolute tranquility while being close to shops and attractions of the city. The 1970s architect-designed house is a perfect blend of comfort and style, offering a warm and elegant setting.

The ground floor apartment, with an independent entrance, welcomes you into a fully renovated 33m2 space.
