The check in is smooth. Staff are fluent in English which makes the whole communication very clear. The room is clean and tidy. Toilet is clean too. The only problem is the basin is a bit too small.

Excellent hotel for budget travellers

Hotel staff were really great and went out of their way to provide good service. Overall for the price, i would stay here again if i want to shop at Nagoya. Went for massage and also restaurant/bar at hotel and both were very satisfactory. However, bed is a little hard and can feel the spring. The window overlooks a small river/drain which smelled like the sewer but luckily we didn't smell anything in the room, only at the rooftop bar.

Overall okay lah!

Overall it's comfortable, nice staying, and the front desk is friendly too. But the breakfast has not many choices, only A, B, and C 3 types for choosing, besides maybe due to cost saving, the air-con is not turned on in full at the lunching area, feeling quite hot these days.

The stay was amazing and it’s value for money.There is no breakfast buffet as the occupancy rate is not of desired standard, which is understandable.It’s only a 5 min short to nagoya hill shopping so it’s still considered accessible
