This hotel is very narrow inside which some grab drivers don’t know the place . Also quite inconvenient to buy food , need to take taxi go out .

Booking confusion
Book the hotel through hotels.com. During check in was informed the reservation was cancel due to no confirmation from hotels.com. Anyway got my room but at different rate.
Pros
Receptionist very pleasant and helpful.
Check in and check out was a breeze

Room is huge
Corridor was super cold as they blasted the aircon at high and lowest temperature.
Room is cold. Aircon thermostat is working great.
I had a smoking room but the room does not reek cigarette smell.
The hotel was very quiet.

Place is located in an area that is quite secluded
Not really for those first timers
Bed is huge but will sink in the middle

Housekeeping will clean the room but never change the bedsheet, pillow case and duvet throught my 5 days stay.
Breakfast was far too simple and modest. Not much options. Well for Batam where food is readily available everywhere, it is understandable why guests dont really have breakfast.
Despite being a quiet hotel, there was a room 3 floors above us that will have children laughing and giggling, playing in the middle of the night. I know this because from the window in the room, can see the room above with lights on and kids playing.
Overall
This hotel is more for those who seek a quiet environment. Distance is not of any convenience for those who wants to have easy access to the malls. Bcs mall, by car will take about 5 mins. Nagoya Hills by car will take about 10mins. Mega mall about 15-20mins depending on traffic. Nearby there is one convenience store but unlike other outlet, it closes at 11pm. Maybe because of the secluded location.
Very nice and cozy hotel, The front desk is very polite too. The room is very big and spacious and its exactly the same as advertised. Taking a taxi to Nagoya only cost 50,000 ruppiah only 5 mins away. You can choose to walk but it will be quite complicating and not recommended in the night. I will recommend to anyone who wants a quiet , but near Nagoya Hill with a budget . This is the right hotel. I will stay again!

It is alright, staff were nice.
Location wise, it’s far inside. Nearest mall is Nagoya but it is about 20mins walk. No proper pavement and most of the time you’re walking by the sides of the roads - dangerous. Take the taxi to Nagoya, RP 50K.
Staff were great. They were friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic but it was good!
Decided to try their massage. It was horrible. They had to call in free lance masseurs which I’m fine with. My Sister began first. Only about 15mins later I started together with my Cousin and mom. But, all of us ended at the same time. That’s one.
Another one. We were seperated by curtains which is normal but the masseur decided to open the curtains and started chatting among themselves.
The whole experience wasn’t relaxing at all. We weren’t given the full hour and the massage was just them putting oil and spreading it on the legs. We wanted the foot reflexology. Wasted the RP15K each that we paid.

I think is just plain normal.
The service is just plain normal. The bathroom was a mess when bathing as all the whole floor wet. The complimentary coffee in the room have either no sugar or creams. And was not top up the next day.
I was trying to get the counter to book the next day ferry for me but was told that my name and ticket number was not in the ferry name list. I was shocked as i have already bought for two ways ticket. Again i called up the hotel counter to give my passport number so that i can call myself but told me that to wait a few minute ( i just want the passport number which they kept my passport). Not sure if they understand me but I’m talking in Malay and not english. I straigh went down to the counter personally and ask for my passport. I called the ferry terminal myself and less than 5 minutes i got my booking number. Geez how angry i am to them but just left the counter.
Idk if its just expedia or was is just my luck. Ive always booked expedia and always got a room that is right at the end of the corner which i find v "ulu" n scary plus ive 2 infants. Went in the hotel n saw 2 lil cockroach. There is no wet n dry area in the toilet. 2nd day we switched on the switch to let the cleaners clean our room but reached the hotel at night n saw the exact mess before we left.

DLX room was clean but shower space is so wetty. Staff is very kind
We were stay for short vacation it was quite distance from batam centre but the overall stay was satisfactory.
The Price and food good and hotel staffs are very kind.
