Great service from the team (dining, front desk, conceirge and housekeeping).
Many eateries and 2 x convenience stores.
Breakfast variety acceptable with nice coffee. Would be great if provided with liquid hand wash instead of soap.
Agree with most comments regarding the elevator which does takes some time especially during breakfast time.
Not sure about the 3mins walk to the mall as it seems quite a distance to us especially we noticed many cars.... we decided to take a taxi instead for safety purpose.
The staffs are really friendly, specially Minty. The room is big. The only downside is there isn’t gym room or swimming pool. But overall I hv a good stay !
Stayed for 5 days /4 nights , 2 suites booked.
Positive - Staff were very friendly, location was good. Bed was ok.
Negative- booked 2 suites on the same floor via hotels.com but informed by reception suites were split on different floors via expedia( parent company). waited till pass the check in time at 1540hrs so had no choice to split level with elderly parents. The guest in front of us at reception were also informed that their rooms were not ready. For a suite, it was roomy but lacked furniture. Just one chair! Had to request another for my parents suite. No table/sofa/. Staff informed us that they were still not fully opened hence no furniture yet. Not all floors were completed. Staff cannot issue extra key although given the different floors given. This required us to keep meeting at lobby as keys were level specific.
Other observation- breakfast had a decent to good spread. The elevator needed better ventilation.
Hotel was new but simply not ready. Would not return for a stay until official opening with officially completed fully functional offerings. Otherwise there are many alternatives. Planned another trip in November and have chosen a different hotel.
