Great Getaway

Great hotel and is always my favorite one to stay. Nice and comfortable to stay here, shopping malls and eateries is all around this hotel and within walking distance. Friendly receptionist and staff of this hotel, especially Shalbrina always never let me down. Try this hotel’s hospitality if you anyone wish to visit Batam.

Perfect Getaway

This hotel is my regular stay in Batam and I only stay here no matter how many days due to all the friendly staff and management personnel because they’re always great, willing to help especially the receptionist. I have to specially praised Shalbrina one of the front desk receptionist been always helpful and friendly always fulfill my request and never let me down so she must be praised individually and I hope the hotel management might give her some kind of a special gratitude and bonus. Booked 3 rooms. Rooms pretty comfy but the service is amazing especially the door guy in black uniform. He help us to negotiate with the transport for a cheaper price to the ferry terminal. Shout out to the service staff during breakfast service. Super friendly and cheerful lady

Short walk to Grand Batam Mall

Nice location. Slight slope down and the Grand Batam Mall is there. Nearby alot of cafes, massage shops. Safe area along busy main road No pool but the room makes up for it. Looks more like “ business hotel”room at one glance but is also good for leisure .Buffet breakfast was included in the room deal. Happy with that. Porridge, local rice , dishes , fruits, salad, egg station. Of course is not like a 5 star spread but good enough. Staff at reception friendly. Renovation on going at level 1 bur at room, cannot hear it
