We have stayed at this property several times. The rooms are updated however, they need a deep cleaning. On our last stay we booked through Expedia as I have for years booking flights and hotels for more than 1000 employees as they travel. We never have an issue. We went to check our employees in and it was no issue and all of a sudden they didn’t have any rooms. The two gentleman that work for us are Hispanic and when they saw them they were suddenly out of rooms. I reached out to Expedia, the hotel claims they had a glitch and that it’s Expedias fault. It’s NOT Expedia. It’s the hotel. Ultimately, we were able to sort it out. I honestly feel like it was a case of discrimination. Our employees are mostly Hispanic, highly educated and hard working. No reason for this type of behavior. I did not want imbarrass my employees so I chose not to approach it with them there.

Quick getaway. Casino has a fun vibe. Room was adequate. Morning breakfast was not great; rubbery eggs, stale donuts and muffins. Chocolate milk was a pitcher of white milk and container of chocolate syrup to make your own.

When I checked in two key cards did not work had to get new key cards 3 AM in the morning. The neighbors turned on the TV. I assume they were drinking very loud. Didn’t call the front desk cause I was afraid of retaliation from the neighbors. But overall, the room and breakfast was amazing I stay here a lot, and that was the first bad experience I’ve had

Everything was fine except the distance to walk to any room from the parking lot across the street. If you have any problem walking long distances it is not good. It would be best to find a hotel that you can pull up to the front door.
