King's Court is a stunning 4 bedroom home in a magical setting looking out across the world heritage City of Bath. Sitting in beautiful gardens and untouched National Trust countryside, you have the city laid at your feet. Not only do you have beautiful gardens and woodland for children (and adults!) to escape to but you are a 3 min drive /13 min walk to the heart of Bath. Two large reception rooms, one with huge ceiling to floor glass and full length balcony mean you will not want to leave!

The Space:
Nestled above the world heritage city of Bath this house has it all. For those looking for peace and tranquility you have a large private garden and national trust land to explore. It sits alone at the end of a private road and really does afford a place to unwind and regroup. For those wanting access to the city you can walk in for a sightsee or a delicious dinner within 13 minutes. The city is literally on your doorstep.

The house is just off the very prestigious Bathwick Hill. It is on a small residential private road that is not a cut through. It benefits from being well away from the roads but just a 3 minute walk down the private lane to the bus stop.

Getting Around:
It is a 13 minute walk into the heart of Bath. Or it is just a 3 minute walk down a private lane to the bus stop that will take you in and out of the city centre. Buses run regularly until late.
