This beautiful apartment is quintessentially Bath. Its high ceilings and period features have been lovingly maintained and elicit a sense of opulence associated with those bygone days of cotillion, muslin, and the arts. The space lends itself equally well to both a romantic getaway for two, and a small family city break.

The space
Upon entering the apartment, you will find:

- One master bedroom (king-size bed) and a single bedroom, featuring goose-feather down duvets atop remarkably comfortable beds
- An adorable kitchenette equipped with a Smeg oven, Smeg induction hob, cooking and dining equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as other essential amenities.
- A beautifully decorated bathroom with a roll-top bathtub and integrated shower, as well as luxurious soaps and perfumes for your use.

The living space:

- A sophisticated dining area to seat 4 comfortably. Burleigh china, champagne flutes, wine glasses ... all one needs to ‘dine in’ with style.
- Well-lit by large period windows with a city view, and ambient evening lighting for a cosy night in
- Entertainment in the form of books, a TV, DVDs, a music system, and a record player
- A smart Hive home heating system
- A bookshelf located in the single bedroom containing numerous classics

Guest access
All areas of the apartment are for the guests to use the bar and one cupboard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
