The Garden House, a charming retreat nestled in the heart of the quintessential village of Norton St Philip. Located between Bath and Frome, this private hideaway has a large garden, orchard, private gate with direct access onto a field, featuring breathtaking views of the Church of St Philip and St James.
Bright and spacious living room with underfloor heating, glass doors/windows looking out onto the garden, Smart TV, large stone fireplace with wood burner, your very own book case with plenty of books to keep your weekend mindful.
Enjoy a feast on a the large wooden table in a fully equipped kitchen.
Downstairs shower room, which also houses the washing machine.
The architect steel staircase takes you to a galleried space with a sofa bed (by request only and adults only) separate king size bedroom.

Enclosed back garden with direct access on to the church mead, sitting out area, garden furniture and fire-pit. 1 dog welcome, 2 by request. Private car park, allocated for 2 cars. No smoking.

The Garden house can also be booked with the Studio that sleeps 2, by request only for availabilty. We also have a sofa bed in the galleried area to easily host x4 adults, by request.
Dog fee £45 to which a % goes to our local charity "Cats in Distress" Frome.

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
