Lakeside Lodge on Demmon Lake-5bd/2 Boats! Fun!

Are you looking for a Large Cottage, a huge yard for the kids and lawn games, ample parking and a Chrystal Clear SAFE lake with great swimming and fishing? Come spend time at our favorite secret spot!!!! The perfect family retreat location with kayaks, a canoe and plenty of lake floaties for you and your family.

Swimming, boating, tubing/skiing, fishing, hiking, biking, ATV’ing are all available right here!
A beautiful, clean, spring fed lake in the Finger Lakes Region. NO zebra muscles and almost an acre of yard to play on! Nice, private and peaceful.

You will have 5 kayaks, a paddle boat and lake floaties here for your enjoyment of the lake. We even leave you our life preservers! Our children grew up on this Lake-it’s their favorite spot to be! :). We love to go back every year and hope you do too.


The Cottage offers a SO MUCH ROOM!
The Great Room offers seating for 14 comfortably, multiple dining areas, a full kitchen with updated appliances, 2 updated bathrooms, an outdoor shower, 2 refrigerator/freezers and 5 bedrooms. The second bathroom is located upstairs in the same floor as the bedrooms.

The lakefront is graded out to the lake with a sand bottom. It’s perfect if you like to wade in (like me ) or have small children. No big drop off at the shore and a zero entry beach.

Bedrooms are all upstairs.

A full bath with shower is on the first floor and there is a half bath on the second floor. An outside shower makes our house unique ;)

If you are looking for a waterfront place to gather that is clean, quiet, peaceful and fun. This is the right place. Perfect for families.

Lake Demmon Campground on the Lake offers a camp store that has burgers, hot dogs, fish fries on Friday and ice cream! The kids can paddle over and get a special treat!
They also have pizza and other lunch and dinner snacks :)

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
