Spacious Luxury Georgian Townhouse in the heart of Bath

This beautifully interior designed town house is found in Princes Street, in the very heart of Georgian Bath. Built nearly 300 years ago. Circa. 1734. The house today provides guests with an historic stay whilst enjoying the luxury of modern living. Having recently being renovated from top to bottom. It is designed in a traditional/modern/chic style, very much in keeping with the period of the property. The space is designed to enhance guests experience of staying in our very special City.

The house offers five double bedrooms and three large bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests. This is not a party house, however well behaved hen and stag parties are welcome. The building is in a residential area, so all guests need to be respectful to both the space and neighbours.

All bedding is 100% cotton French linen. Complementary organic bathroom toiletries are provided. Free WiFi.

We have a good selection of children toys, board games, puzzles, books, dvd's to accommodate your evenings. Travel cot and high chair are available on request.

At the moment we have no parking available on premisses. You can always stop on double yellow lines for 5-10 mins right outside the house to unload/load your luggage.
The closest car park is around 5-10 minutes walk - Charlotte Street Car Park. It’s one of the cheapest options as well. Post code - BA1 2NE. 12 Hours - £15.00; 2 Days - £30.00; 3 Days - £45.00;

Family Christmas holiday

The house was warm, very comfortable, cosy and very well equipped for our stay. The location was perfect - the street was quiet yet only a short walk from the city sights. We had planned to be a party of 10 but ened up as 7 plus dog. The house was perfect for our number - 10 adults may have been a bit of a squash. We had an absolutely wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodations!

The house was perfect for our group of seven. It was clean, and central to shops, restaurants and attractions. Communication with Host was very easy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Charming period house

Very well located little place within a short walk of everything. Charmingly decorated to a high standard to invoke a regency kind of vibe. Living area is quite small for the number of bedrooms and there is no outside area. Exit from the front door is straight onto the street. No parking but Charlotte street car park is only a short walk away. Cellar kitchen is well equipped but ventilation and lighting not great. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms are high standard. I would not recommend for children due to small living area and steep stairs. Our all adult group had a very good Christmas.

Damp

The kitchen, dining room And bathroom are in the basement and there was a terrible damp problem. They have a humidifier constantly running which we had to empty regularly. This should be noted along with the property because my husband suffers from asthma and it wasn’t very enjoyable for him and even I coughed a lot. Up on the top floor bed rooms were fine, which is where he had to stay. Bit disappointing because it is decorated to a high standard.

Fantastic property!

Stayed at this property to see in the new year and can’t recommend it enough! Fantastic location and only a stones throw away from shops/restaurants/bars. Every room has been decorated beautifully, with their own style and finishing touches. Check in process was smooth with just a code to get in and out. Thank you Anastasia!
