I didn’t stay at the property.
After checking into my room on Friday the 28th around 4:230 pm I placed my personal belongings in my assigned room (217).I shortly departed the hotel to visit family ( funeral). I returned to the hotel at approximately 11:40pm and while attempting to enter my assigned room (217) my efforts were halted by an unknown black male occupying my room. The male prevented me access. He handed the majority of my belongings through the door way. My belongings were trampled through and seemingly wet. I went to the front desk to mage night management aware. I also inventoried my belongings and sent manager to retrieve my property. The unknown man came to the lobby and showed me a room key marked “ 227 “…well he gained access to my assigned room “ 217 “. Management offered me a different room in which I refused as I know longer felt same.
