The pillow on the bed had red stuff on it the makeup towel was dirty and the construction and trying to get back and forward from the garage to the hotel was a lot sometimes I had to walk at night cause the valet wasn't near this should be noted that there's construction noted on wedsite

I have stayed here twice. Love this hotel and it's location. Very clean, friendly staff. I will be happy to stay again. Will be glad to see the renovations complete. Also feel very safe. They have a guard at the elevators. Nice workout room.

This would have to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The only good thing I could say was the bed was comfortable and shower hot. Otherwise everything else was extremely poor. Constant construction noise throughout the 3 days we stayed. On one day heaps of dust was in the air from sand blasting such that the whole reception lobby was covered in dust and you had to cover your mouth and nose to prevent from breathing in dust, which could well have contained toxins. The dust caused coughing and irritation to the throat. Cleaning not done for two days and when complaint made it was reluctantly done at 5.30 in the evening. No laundry service despite plastic laundry collection bags in room . So called “bar” non - existent. Staff and front desk very disorganised and dismissive of concerns . Loud unnecessary music playing in forecourt from morning to night. This hotel is not ready for customers due to the ongoing construction that poses a health and safety threat. Standard reply to concerns was “ I just work here. “You will have to talk to the manager” , but he didn’t seem to be around. Will never ever stay here again.
