Staff was friendly and responsive, but no sense of oversight. 1. Shower control fell off in your hand. 2. Shower drain was plugged. 3. Only decaf in room (front desk said “we ran out awhile ago.”) Room wasn’t made up. When we asked why , we were told they only clean every other day. Neither Marriott nor Hotels-dot-com told us before booking. 4. Once we pushed for room cleaning after the plumbing issue, toilet paper was not replaced. Is that anyway to run an international hotel change?

Great stay. The hotel was so clean and updated. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again!
