Great price and service but rooms are not clean.

The hotel looked good and the service was great but the rooms are disguising. The first room we received, had a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. They were nice and gave us another room immediately. The next room had sticky stains all over the floor. One which was crawfish boil juice. It’s an older hotel that has not been updated, but for the price and quality of service I guess you can’t beat it.

On check out I discovered someone else was registered in the room I stayed in for 4 nights. It took a while to get the billing correct. The hotel was apologetic but never could explain how that occurred. The reservation was correct and I showed ID upon check into the hotel. The free breakfast was great.

I like that the front desk person Brianna checked on me periodically.What I didn’t like was the furniture in the rooms seem old kind of outdated and the tub was peely and the bathroom door wouldn’t close.Overall I wouldn’t mind staying there again if needed.

Property did not look at all like in the pictures. Elevators were down and the ceiling in the room and bathroom looked like they were going to fall down at any minute. Super outdated. Looked like a motel and it was way more expensive than a motel for sure

Exquisitely beautiful and well worth the price

It was simply wonderful!!! My granddaughters love the beautiful interior and the pool. I love the friendly staff and the after 5 social happy hour!! 10/10 recommend
