I didn’t like being accused of something that was not true and being told to call without meeting with General Manager. After waiting for about an hour, was able to meet with General manager and the problem was resolved. I was not aware of a nightly parking fee, plus tax. The breakfast staff were wonderful. The General Manager handled the situation appropriately. However, I don’t believe I will ever stay at this location ever again.

Great spot in BR

Stayed here for the LSU vs Florida game and had a wonderful experience! Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. The young man making omelettes has some mad skills with a spatula. Thank you all for a fun weekend.

We used this property for a staycation. It had everything we needed on scene, a hot tub and indoor swimming pool. It had a bar on scene with a active restaurant. The breakfast was especially good. Only downsides were the hot tub seem to be on the fritz and the drinks were ridiculously overpriced.

This location could use some upgrades. The air didn’t work well. Room had a slight odor. I went to Walmart to get a candle and air freshener. I didn’t understand paying for parking no garage or gates. First night the bar staff was a bit rude and didn’t offer snacks. I’m used to snacks being openly accessible to the guests. My second night bar tender was very kind and generous. I love the breakfast I wish they offered meats other than pork. The restaurant said it closed at 11 but it really closed at 10. I wish they had information about the restaurant in the room.

We enjoyed our stay as we moved our Son into LSU the breakfast was super and everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Easy to find and get to and close to the school.

Good Food & Room but Room for Minor Improvements

The room was smaller than I expected. However, the Made-to-Order Omelets made up for that. There were some wear and tear on some items in the room that need to be replaced or fixed to look new again.

Dirty and outdated inside lobby/dining area with stained and/or ripped seating. Outdated rooms with old dingy carpet and furniture. Overall the hotel shows it’s age with seemingly little to know updates or renovations.
