Great location

An aged hotel but in a great location and my family and I felt safe and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was top notch and a huge plus! I would stay here again.

Pick Another Hotel

They hotel booked a number of large groups(charter bus size). They did not have the means to accommodate all these people. As a result we did not have linens for our pull out couch, we did not have enough towels, our room was not cleaned during our stay, breakfast had extremely large numbers but the hotel did not extend hours to accommodate the other guest. On Monday they ran out of plates and then started packing up while guest still needed to eat. Someone went and got a few plates but the staff started pulling the food!! We were traveling with a guest who had special needs. Two days worth of adult diapers stacked up, no bath towels or pillows and blankets for the sofa bed.

Water down the drain

Overall the room was great. The only problem that we had was the toilet not working correctly. After each flush, we had to wiggle the lever to make the toilet tank refill. A technician worked on it but didn't fix it. We were only there for 2 days so we just worked with it. We were in room 705.

Staff was attentive and breakfast was good. Hotel room had ring around the tub, worn and stained carpet, stained couch cushions, bath towel had a big hole in it and I killed what looked like a tiny roach in our room. I usually love Embassy Suites but I won’t be back to this one.

Room was partially dirty. Hot tub didn’t work. Pool area was broken and run down. Stairs from the second level to ground floor took you straight outside not leading to the lobby. Elevators smelled terrible. Elevators jerked a bit. Fridge did not work. Cell signal went in and out.

This is a list of Vincent’s I addressed with staff; although, I was unable to reach a member of management. 1. Low water pressure/toilet & shower 2. Faulty thermostat in small fridge, replaced it, the 2nd one was just as warm inside 3. Unsafe outdated elevator 4. Rude cook stated to customers on Sunday that he was working by himself & was unable to accommodate guest that preferred to have an omelet with shelled eggs. He stated that cracking them would take too long. 5. Unprofessional housekeeper opened our hotel room door 2 hours before check-out; although, we had the do not disturb sign on the door.
