This location was the worst I've ever been in. I wasn't even comfortable sitting down or sitting any of my belongings down. From holes in the wall, dirty linens and furniture to a brown bathtub with a dripping living on a prayer shower head. This location also had a stench that screamed of mold and filth. Thank you to the representative on hotels.com for helping us get a full refund.

It was just ok. Room was run down. Paint was splattered places, the ceiling was stained in the main area, and the ceiling was cracked and broken in the bathroom. Didn't look like anyone really cared about the appearance of the building.

The staff was very kind. However, this location is in need of a serious upgrade. The room had roaches, the furniture was torn, and the tub had residual body dirt. It is a location that seems to have more residence than it is a hotel. Again, the staff was extremely kind but this location is not up to par for anyone.

Roaches in the hallway. Doors locks on room had gaps you could almost look thru too tired to leave and go somewhere else breakfast in morning juice machine broken the waffle mix was sour had to go to eat elsewhere one set of towels in room booked for two adults took along time to get a set odor in hallway was nauseating bed completely uncomfortable stains on comforter on the bed I did not notice because the lighting in room was bad had my bag on it. I’ve stayed at la Quinta’s inn before and Wyndham never this bad. If I was either of these I would pull my name from this place hotels . Com should be ashamed for renting at this place

The sink and bathtub were absolutely disgusting. The floor was filthy and there were some very questionable people hanging outside the front door most of the evening. I assume they were long term guests??? I was VERY uncomfortable there....did not feel safe and did not use the sink or shower due to their disgusting conditions. Your rating of this property should be downgraded to a sub-1 star. Better yet, you should not be representing this property!

The out side of the property looked good and the lobby was nice but after you stand there and pay and start walking to your room the floors are dirty and really stained room 213 the a/c only worked when it wanted to the TV didn't work at all the ceiling was stained 2 lamps were broken and I don't mean not working broken the bathroom ceiling was stained peeling and falling down with mold the floors were stained and there were roaches in the bathroom we went to complain and all the guy said about 20 times is I don't know no matter what questions were asked the answer was I don't know like he didn't understand English we ended up leaving at 3:00 in the morning just to get out so 75 bucks for half a stay it was one of the worst I've ever stayed in

The hotel was extremely deplorable. It reeked of urine and the rooms were very rundown. There was lipstick smeared on the door frame in our restroom. Stains all over the sealing. Door was chipping and a number knicks all over the walls. Carpet had so many stains. Used towel was left in the restroom. I trusted the name and this hotel doesn’t match what I have come to expect from the chain. Never again.
