Located in the heart of Baton Rouge, the Southdowns neighborhood is one of the city’s most charming and sought-after areas. You will have access to the entire house! The red barn in the backyard is locked and for owner use only. Please do not try to access it during your stay.

Parking is easy and convenient at the property. The driveway comfortably accommodates up to three vehicles, while the gravel parking area along the street provides space for an additional two vehicles. This setup is ideal for larger groups, offering plenty of room for multiple cars without crowding. *Please note the concrete pad to the right of the covered parking area is not part of this property.

The three downstairs bedrooms are designed with guest comfort in mind. Each feature a Purple mattress, wrapped in luxurious high-thread-count linens for the ultimate sleep experience. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size Purple mattress, while the two additional downstairs bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size Purple mattress. The upstairs bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (queen bottom, full XL top), perfect for kids of all ages. A baby crib is available for guest use and is conveniently stored in the primary closet. Ample closet space keeps your belongings organized. Each downstairs bedroom includes a convenient bedside 3-in-1 charging station.

Just like the bedrooms, the bathrooms are made for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom offers the added luxury of an ensuite. All of the bathrooms are stocked with plush towels for your stay. Please note the upstairs shower head is set at a lower height, making it especially comfortable for children or shorter guests.
