Summary:
Cozy Updated condominium with 12 ft. ceilings, King Bed, custom closet, sleeper sofa, and warm interior decor centrally located in Baton Rouge with easy access to LSU, Downtown, Towne Center, the Mall and both major interstates (I-10 and I-12).
Condo is located in a luxury gated community with all the amenities needed; large pool, fitness room, indoor basketball court, hot tube, out door grill area, media and game room.
The Space:
This beautifully decorated condo has an open floor plan with High ceilings (12 ft) that allow for natural lighting, modern furniture, and easy access from the garage. Comfortable King bed with upgraded linens and sleeper sofa for additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and silverware. The condo has a washer, dryer, central air and heat. The space is large enough to comfortably accommodate 3 or 4 guests. Upgrades include: Coffee maker w/Keurig, iron w/ ironing board, blow dryer, bath room essentials, 55" Smart TV in living room and 42" Smart TV in bedroom, and Alexa. Message me to see if we can work out a deal for your budget.

You have full access to the entire condo as well as the entire community which includes; large pool, hot tub, outdoor grill area, game room, media room, fitness center, and basketball court.
The Neighborhood:
The Reserve at Cedar Lodge is a luxury gated community located in an upscale part of town. Corporate Blvd is home to some boutique shopping and fine dining. Towne Center is no more than .5 miles away. There you will find shopping, Starbucks, Whole Foods and nice restaurants.
Getting Around:
When pulling into the main entrance you will drive up to the call box and dial 5301 to ring me and I will buzz you in. You will then drive through the gate towards the back of the property, make the second right in to the parking garage. Drive up to the third floor of the garage and building 5 entrance is the second on the left in the corner.
Once in the unit you will have access to a key fob that will allow you access to the Gate, fitness center and game room.
KEY FOB
If the key fob is not returned and/or damaged, the following fees will occur:
$75 for a new key fob.
