Summary:
Stay in a piece of Baton Rouge history! This 1950's former Fidelity National Bank is now a 9-story high-rise and living space. Conveniently situated on vibrant Third Street in the heart of downtown, the location boasts a range of offerings, including restaurants, nightlife venues, museums, and cultural and historic experiences. This high-rise apartment located on the 7th floor has outstanding views of downtown Baton Rouge skyline in the living area.

The Space:
⋆ FREE parking for one (1) vehicle in the adjacent surface lot
⋆ One (1) pet under 50 pound is welcome for an additional $25/day up to $175.
⋆ Early check-in / late check-out may be requested for an additional $30, subject to availability.

BEDROOMS - Two (2) separate bedrooms each with a queen bed. Luggage racks, iron, and ironing board available for use.

BATHROOMS - Two (2) separate, full bathrooms. Items for personal hygiene (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, body soap) are not provided but may be purchased at the ground floor grocery store.

LIVING SPACE - 60" Smart TV allows guests to log-in to any of their personal streaming accounts, or connect with a smart phone and screen share. Bar seating accommodates up to four (4). The kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay as well as use of the terrace on the 5th floor and BBQ area. Please be respectful of the permanent residents and facilities.

HOUSE RULES
1. This is a strict NO SMOKING residence. Smoking and drug use are not allowed at the property or on community property - this includes vapes, weed (recreational and medicinal) or other substances. Guest of responsible for up to $1,000.00 in remediation costs if smoking occurs.

2. NO PARTIES. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music.

3. There is a zero tolerance policy for any illegal activity occurring at the property.

4. Guest will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition. Any damage to the property will be at the expense of the Guest to repair/replace the damaged item(s) to include stained bedding/linens.

**We are not responsible for complex maintenance and/or shutdowns. Refunds will not be provided for unforeseeable circumstances.**
