3 night couples vacation

Nicely appointed property and very conveniently located for downtown activities (could easily walk to the River Center within minutes). Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room we had was a little cramped, though it had nice touches like gourmet coffee and a desk plus lounge chair that made it comfortable nonetheless. The bed was pretty soft though, which might be a plus for some, but for our middle aged backs was the main downfall of our stay. The only other issue we had was that the bar was closed and the restaurant was open only limitedly for breakfast. I was hoping to enjoy the onsite dining and bar as advertised. Though we did find some enjoyable food options within walking distance. Oh and I can’t forget to mention that it was convenient that they were pet friendly!

We stayed at The Origin Hotel in one of the suites for my daughter's 4th birthday slumber party, and it was simply delightful. Corey at the front desk was a gem—always polite, professional, and ready with a warm smile that brightened our entire stay. His genuine kindness truly made our celebration memorable. And yes, in keeping with our little party promise, we made sure all the balloons were picked up so housekeeping wouldn’t have any unexpected surprises—talk about a win-win! lol Overall, it was a night filled with laughter, magic, and plenty of heartwarming moments.

I stayed two nights with my family, they didn’t clean the room the first day, trash cans got full, ran out of toilet paper, shampoo, soap, didn’t get enough towels. I asked three times to get my room clean and the only answer I got was “Sorry for the inconvenience” I will never stay at this hotel anymore
